How are we defining, "best comics"? I try to read books based on their own merits. I think aggressive brand loyalty hurts the appreciation process. Other art forms are not so based in a "brand" loyal system. We do not gauge movies as New Line vs War…

- Future Funk should be in our hands the first week of Feb. During that time we will send a copy to each contributor and make special retailing arrangements with interested vendors. This issue is late and the next issue will be out shortly there after. Sorry about all of the delays but indy is like that some times.

- ONLI STUDIOS produced the most amazing comic-con & "Squeradin' -costume contest in Chicago Oct. 10th at the Kenwood Academy HS. It is the original, oldest "BLACK AGE of COMICS Convention" in the world. There is one in Atlanta, Philadephia, and Detroit annually as well. Celebrating the expansion of the industry.....one mind at a time.
